Durawood® Technology Contract and Pawleys Island Contract Furniture incorporate the finest qualities from every perspective. First and foremost, our designs are created from recycled consumer plastics. The resulting dense, rigid and easy-to-clean composite is the heaviest in the industry. Next is our high level of customer comfort and a look that mirrors painted wood without the negatives of splintering, chalking or growing mold which plagues most outdoor products. THS products can’t absorb water, will never crack, rot or harbor insects and delivers the most comfortable, relaxing customer experience on the market.

Durawood® Technology Contract and Pawleys Island Contract Furniture never needs paint, stain or any other kind of sealant and will hold up to heavy use, extreme temperatures and environmental stress. Our furniture is designed with miter cut joints, no sharp edges and are assembled with marine grade stainless steel hardware to prevent  unsightly rusting. The products are extremely easy to maintain  and will keep their good looks for years to come. In most cases, simple soap and water will make it look new again though “anything on the janitor cart” is acceptable.

Best of all, THC Contract is an American Company proudly manufacturing products in the USA from recycled materials, which, by the way, can also be recycled again at the end of its life cycle.
